- If you feel that you’re not representing yourself properly: eat blueberries, and blue blue blue foods. (Throat chakra)
- If you don’t understand: eat indigo foods, grapes, blackberries, cosmic carrots (correspond to third eye chakra)
- If you want to connect to the divine: drink water, but don’t just drink it, really enjoy it. (Crown chakra)
